Found a kitten...

If it's a non-human, non-Pit Bull, family member, post it here!

And no, I'm not keeping it! I found this little one crying alone outside. It's too cold for a kitten so I brought it in. Right now it's stashed for safekeeping in my half-bath as Niobe is pissed I brought another cat in, and Inara is a little too interested. And, quite frankly, I don't know if it has cooties or anything. It's got all its teeth and is eating food, so it will be good overnight until I can take it to our local shelter. It should get adopted quickly as it's super-cute and starts purring as soon as you touch it. I have no idea if it's a boy or a girl!

I remember reading an average of 25% are female, and orange is a sex-linked trait.

60-80% are male, something like that.

He looks to be about 6-10 weeks, so he should be eating cat food anyway.

If he is friendly, maybe he belongs to someone and got out?

If you take him to the shelter bring them a little of the food you are giving him so they can work him into their food.

Thanks for looking out for him :)
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day, tomorrow doesn't look good either.

Awwww it is adorable, if I knew it was a boy and I was closer I'd tell you to bring him over.
I used to think I was indecisive, but now I'm not so sure....

Fuzzbucket is temporarily staying with a friend of mine. A co-worker of her roommate is trying to convince her fiance to let her keep the little guy. Everybody who meets him instantly falls in love with him! Ridiculously cute little thing. :-)

I cannot afford shots/neutering for a new kitten, nor do I want another mouth to feed and more poop to scoop. So hopefully my friend's roomie's co-worker will take him.
