(GSP is a German Shorthair Pointer rescue)

In light of the recent announcement that Michael Vick was picked up by the Eagles, the GSP Rescue PA will be selling T-shirts...

“Hide Your Beagle, Vick’s An Eagle”

Cute design and a great gift for all of your football loving (and Vick hating) fans.

Great idea!!! Pic attached, and for details, see the link below. Shirts are $12 and proceeds benefit rescue.

No, a T-Shirt should be brief. Something like this:

Quarterback: Vick
Reciever: Jackson
Interception: Connor, Pit Bull

Or something like that.

I LOVE the shirts :love3:

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but is there the possibility of Vick going after people for using his name? I actually had 2 shirts designed and ready to post when I thought about it. :|

I had a thought.

I think some kind of advert with several pit bulls and a bunch of kids of various ages holding up a sign saying "Vick is NO role model for us!" or something along those lines, would make a rather interesting T-shirt.

I think that's a good idea. Like the "racial profiling" one that I've seen for BSL.

fenella wrote:but is there the possibility of Vick going after people for using his name?

I don't see how. Politicians can't stop people from using their names on shirts, in a positive or negative manner, I can't imagine Vick would be able to.
