Faust is home, and he's getting a "brother"... oh, brother!

This is where to talk about Pit Bulls!

Postby amazincc » July 29th, 2009, 12:13 pm

Neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated for rabies... woot!!! His incision is tiny... I was really surprised.
While I was waiting for the paperwork to get printed the vet came out and said: "You have THE NICEST animals." :D :D :D *beams*
Then she asked me if I wanted a little brother for Faust... :o :rolleyes2:

Soooo... I said... "Uhm... I don't know... what KIND of a little brother?" Turns out someone abandoned a tiny kitten at their office a week ago, and Faust and Clyde (the kitty) seem to have really taken to each other. lol
The vet will neuter him and get him UTD on all his shots (at no charge to me)... and in a few weeks I'll be adding him to my zoo. :crazy2:

Bet you all thought it was another puppy, huh??? :neener: :giggle:

Hahahaha there is a reason animals seem to flock to you :D

I will be expecting the obligatory pics when the new little brother comes home. Name yet?

And great news Faust is home and snipped without incident. Or much of one anyway lol

They call him Clyde at the office, and I kinda like the name... he has VERY blue eyes, and is orange striped. And he is SO small... they think he's *maybe* five or six weeks old. I was holding him when they brought Faust out, and they DO seem to like each other.
On the other hand... I'm such a sap, and I'm sure my vet recognized that right away. lol

I love the name Clyde and pretty soon you're going to have as many animals as me.

Haha!

Thanks, but... I'm good. Really. :hug3:

I'm only "complaining" because pretty soon I'm gonna become the "crazy hoarder on PBT". I want ya'll to know I'm doing it under protest. :lookaround: :lol3:

I don't think you're the only one on PBT to be labeled "crazy hoarder"...*whistles and shuffles feet* I had a girl at K-mart offer me two guinea pigs the other day...I had already turned down the same offer at my vets' office! Do I have SUCKER on my forehead too?

You're getting a little Fry cat...be on your toes! Little orange ones are CRAZY. :crazy2:

YES they are CRAZY...they're like the redheaded step-children. :D I've never had such a crazy kitten as when I fostered a little fluffy orange one. I think they're all born extra mischevious. lol

awww, I like the name Clyde. Orange kitties are the best!! They are mischievous but also so much fun. My orange guy was a rockstar as a kitty, and I still think about the stuff he did and laugh. Now he's just a crotchety old man who resents the fact that I brought another one of those canines home. :rolleyes2:

My orange tabby was awesome....but then again that's coming from an actual red headed step child! 8) I miss Picasso very much....I'd had him since he was 10 days old and was *such* a cool cat.
