Noel needs to include a trip to visit Demo and Michelle to bring some repaired gear, some new awesome gear to be beat on and listen to Demo give her some good advice about training herself and loosing weight.
Still not looking at the scale, but I am down three pant sizes. Nordic track 6 miles/ 1 hr. 3 days a week and 4.5 miles/ 45 min. 2 days a week. Lifting weights at gym 4 days a week, physical therapy 2 days a week. Finally able to run 2 miles and walk 4 without falling down. Big accomplishment with my stupid leg.

It's not the meat that's the problem, it's the damn carbs. They're very filling and not very calorically dense. Gotta eat them for recovery though. My tummy gets all balooney. Oh, I had black beans today post workout. Forgot about those.
You can keep the tofu. I've had it a million ways and every time my taste buds give me a "What, are you kidding?!?" vibe. I'm pretty sure they make that stuff in the same lab that velcro and teflon comes from.
