I'm IN! I love this stuff. Can't wait to start.

I'd put in for my cat, but he's 16 years old and not really interested in anything but sleeping now.

Alright, looks like interest is high so we'll do this. If you want in, for cats and/or dogs, email me at pitbullmamaliz@pitbulltalk.com and I'll reply with the form to fill out to participate.

The spending limit is $20, plus however much shipping is. Let's say all packages must be shipped by July 25. Does that give everybody enough time to shop and save money?

Yay!

I'm going to ask that all interested people email me no later than June 17. That will still give people over a month to shop, but I want to make sure everybody who is interested gets a chance to see this. So if you've already emailed me - sit tight! I'll send the forms out soon. :)

Alright, here's how we're doing this (bear with me, it's my first time in charge! Alyssa, if you want to come back and take over, feel free!!!). Forgive me for simply copying and pasting from the last Secret Santa - Alyssa had the wording perfect so I'm sticking with it.

*I WILL BE ACCEPTING ENTRIES UNTIL MIDNIGHT ON JUNE 17th!
*You can enter as many tickets as you wish with the understanding that for each ticket you enter you will be receiving a ticket. So if you have 4 dogs and you enter them on 4 separate tickets you will have to buy for 4 separate dogs and you will receive separate gifts for 4 separate dogs. If you have 4 dogs and you enter them on one ticket then you will receive one present to divide between your dogs and you will send out one present.
*Limit is $20 per package plus shipping.
*You can enter more than one dog/cat per ticket, just understand that they will have to share the single package.

How to enter a ticket:
*Send an email to pitbullmamaliz@pitbulltalk.com
*Entitle the thread: [Screen Name] [Ticket #] [Animal's name]
*Send a separate email for each ticket and be sure to number the tickets in the subject line please
    Examples:
    pitbullmamaliz - Ticket #1 Inara
    pitbullmamaliz - Ticket #2 Niobe
or if you have two or more animals on one ticket:
pitbullmamaliz - Ticket #1 Inara and Niobe
*Copy and paste the following into the body of the email and fill it out with your info.

Your Screen Name:

Your Real Name (first and last):

Mailing Address:

Do you prefer to buy only for people within your country, or are you willing to do international shipping:

Dog(s) on this ticket:

Any Allergies:

Collar Size:

Weight (approx.):

Any specifics about what the dog(s) likes and/or dislikes:

Any additional info:

Once you've sent your ticket:
*All matches will be emailed by midnight on June 20th
*ALL PACKAGES MUST BE SENT OUT NO LATER THAN July 25!!!
*You MUST reply to me confirming that you have sent your package.

Ideas of stuff to put in your package:
*Stuffies
*Chew Toys
*Treats (pay attention to allergies listed on the ticket you receive)
*Collars
*Leashes
*Training stuff
*Any fun things you can think of
*You can even add some treats for the humans in the house if you want
*REMEMBER TO ADD A CARD THAT LET'S YOUR RECIPIENT KNOW WHO THEIR SECRET SANTA IS
Please include your name AND your PBT screen name

Any questions please post them publicly in this thread because I'm sure others will have similar questions. Hopefully I covered everything. And just remember, once you've received your gift post a public Thank You on the forum (a thread in Gallery and Cinema will be started and stickied), and PLEASE include pics of your pups enjoying and/or opening their Secret Santa gifts. It is required for future participation.

So, I have a question. This is probably a totally crazy idea, but...would anyone mind if I do tickets for the dogs and cats at the shelter? I mean, not one for every dog and cat, cause that would be ridiculously expensive and shelter work does not pay a lot, but like, one ticket for dogs and one ticket for cats?

I have no problem with that at all. :|

People can also do memorial tickets like last year, too - if you want to do a ticket in remembrance of a departed dog and then donate the goodies to a rescue/shelter, that's perfectly fine.

Score is in...the others can suck it up until Xmas time. ;) I've got a bunch of stuff saved up that I've found cheap...so I can participate! :D

I'll put our ticket in soon, Liz! Thanks for doing this!

This came up in a past Christmas event, so I'm going to bring it up again...

Some people are great bargain shoppers, I shop year round and have already completed my shopping for this summer and most of this winter as well. (yes Liz, I WILL be getting a cat ticket. :mad2: ) My $20 of spending gets me a whole lot more goods because I wait until things are one ultra-sale. Not everyone shops that way, and $20 is still $20. :D :D :D :D :D :D

Presents are fun no matter what's inside!!! YAY PRESENTS!!!!!

That's what I've been doing the past few months or so...just stocking up on cheap stuff when I find good deals. It's also good because I have cute toys and such to give to my clients. Can't beat nice quality toys for $1, $2, $3 from Big Lots! I even found a little "Agility" set a few months ago for $5...gave it to a client's kid.
