Warning: These pictures suck :D I look like a very tired Granna who has been shopping all day with a 10 month old.

My neice's wedding is in August of this year. It will be in Jacksonville, Fl. Big church, 175 people, most of them will be groom's side of the family.
The reception is going to be in the hall in the back of the church, (same place my parents had their 50th anniversary party. They sat 60 comfortably for sit down dinner. I have a feeling that 150 is going to be a little snug) So I know that it is going to be hotter than haties. I am not very concerned about being too dressy or not too dressy. The bride is wearing converses under her gown. :crazy2:
I am not a dressy kinda girl. I have two dresses to my name and I think I need a new one. I have recently lost weight and have no idea what would look good on me :|

Which one?????????

This one is black and off white. Very comfortable and light weight.

This is orange and white. It is also very comfortable but a little heavier material.

I like the black and white
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day, tomorrow doesn't look good either.

YOU LOOK FABULOUS!!!!!

I like them both. :| But if I HAD to choose, I would say the second one. Brighter color, fitted to show off your great body.

I vote for the orange & white, same reasons as Joyce and Diana, and it is very summer looking. A nice pair of sandals and you'll be set.

I love them both, but go for the orange and white!

ETA I created a poll for you to make it easier.

Both are nice, but the orange and white is a smidge more flattering...and the color is great. I love orange!

Thanks Liz for the poll. :)

Joyce, I don't know about the great body thing, but thanks. We have no where nice to find nice dresses. This is at Belk's, the only department store we have. My other choice is Walmart. :nono:

A guys perspective here. I vote the Orange & White, it makes you look younger and shows off your slimmer curves much better than the other one. If it's going to be hot, the second dress is less likely to stick to you if you start to sweat.

John, Thank you for your opinion. Travis is no help in choosing. He said he liked both of them.

I guess I will go back and pick up the orange one.

Thanks for everyone's opinion. I will have to do the same when I pick out a dress for Bristol and Josh's wedding. That is the one I am going to be more nervous about. Have no idea where to start on that. What does a mother where to her son's wedding????????

I, too, like the orange one and I'm not a dress person at all.

I thought about wearing something charcoal color. Allison's dress is black and the only other color is from gerber daises. OR I could find something champagne to go with the Josh's tie and Bristol's bow on her dress. :| :| :|
