His coat just has this natural luster that makes it hard to take photos. 8) Black fur is difficult enough, but the shine literally bounces off my lens. Must be the "English Setter" in him. :dance:

Those pictures are hilarious. I love that fact that his eyes are wide open and he is looking at you out of the corner of his eye like you are the crazy one.

PS - Nice couch cover. We used to have the same one

I just didn't feel like buying a new couch. It is a light color and since they all listen SO WELL to keep off the couch, I figured this was a good compromise.

I gave up the "no dogs on couch rule" years ago. :rolleyes2:

I put empty boxes on it and they pushed them off.
I gated the room and they jumped the fences.

At one time, they at least PRETENDED to not be on the couch when I got home. Now they just look at me and laugh. Sometimes they actually move over for me. But sometimes, not.
