Hey there welcome to the board!! You will find that many of the members here are very involved in rescue, and when speaking of reputable APBT breeders they are looking at game lines.

Some of the red flags that I see on the very first page of that breeder are "XXL" "rednose" "big, thick, and wide" "pitbull" among other things. The structure of the dogs on the front page say "American Bully" to me . . . plus the poor fit/positioning of the prong on one of the dogs.

Again, that is just my opinion from the first page, I didn't look much further.

There is a lot to learn on this board whether you're going for a rescue or a well bred APBT. I look forward to seeing more of your posts!!

Let's keep this section to Intros, please!

Tell us what made you decide to get a pit bull. :-) Once you get approved to post elsewhere, then you can ask about good breeders/rescues.

Hello and welcome in

I for one hope you decide to rescue instead of buy...its better for everyone involved
Dont breed or buy while shelter animals die!

Welcome and

If I may,

First let me say that Rescue is a much better option unless you are planning upon showing the dog...
With that said ...
I think that one of the best references I have ever seen on the web concerning this breed was written by a lady named Diane Jessup. http://www.workingpitbull.com/

Please read this site thoroughly as I have found it to be amazing and I still learn or realize something new every time I return, and I work with pit bulls in the worst Scenario (a shelter) on a daily basis.

Sorry I also got carried away and didn't even realize this was in intros...
