Dammit Munkee!!!!!!!

Food, Fitness and how to keep them healthy.

Postby cheekymunkee » March 30th, 2009, 7:01 pm

My friend gave me about 1/2 of a bottle of Malibu Rum.....in a plastic bottle. Munkee LOVES to chew up plastic bottles, he never eats any of it, just leaves the pieces in shoes, clothes, bed...wherever he can hide them. I drank about 1/4 of the bottle last night & it was sitting beside my bed on the floor. Well, Munkee grabbed the bottle & chewed it up while I wsa outside with Justice. He isnt acting any stupider than normal & I can smell where some of it spilled out on the bed so I dont know how much ( if any) of it he drank. I cant afford to become an alcoholic & I sure as hell cant afford for him to be one. :cuss: :cuss:

Yeah, he's fine. I think he spilled more than he drank. Damn dog. He usually checks to see if it has any liquid in it ( although he used to not & has been known to grab full diet coke bottles from my hand & run around spraying them all over the house, now I just say HEY and he drops it) but this is a white bottle & he cant see through it. :rolleyes2:

Not yet. If it were REALLY good rum I would. BUT if it were really GOOD rum it would not be in a plastic bottle. :D

I think that drinking alone in bed is either terrible, or really hot depending upon how you look at it... :|
I might have to go with terribly hot.... :|

as for the dog, hell be fine. just don't clap loudly or put him in bright sunlight i imagine hangovers suck for them too.

OT, what are the effects of alchohal on dogs? Level of toxicity? Any toxicity moreso then a typical people hangover? I never have time to ask these questions at work...
I can only please one person per day. Today is not your day, tomorrow doesn't look good either.

Poor Debby!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe we Should All Take up a Collection and Get her one of those lovely crystal decanters, so she doesn't have to swig from plastic.

OR............................**tapping finger on chin**..............we could get her one of those party hats, with the sippy straws coming down from the top , RIGHT into her Mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
