HEY HEY HEY . . . the primer is more of an emollient type substance that holds the shadow . . . it's like the difference between applying a powder shadow wet/dry

I'm always in awe of people who know makeup. I use bare escentuals and I have four steps - foundation, bisque (concealer), warmth (blush), and mineral veil. It takes me about 2 minutes. If I'm feeling sassy I may put on mascara. If I'm feeling downright saucy I'll slap on some lip gloss. I'm quite the fashionista.
