Murphy's Flyball Brag

Weight pull, Protection, Agility, Flyball... you name it!

So, he's not the fastest...
Murphy did single dog racing on Friday night, which is where dogs run flyball head-to-head instead of in relay teams, and is usually for new dogs to get the feel of it before having to worry about passing other dogs. Murphy has been a major work in progress for over a year now, and he finally had his first run against another dog. He didn't cross over!!! Erin was nice enough to let him run against Ripley. I posted a video of it on youtube.

Jenn, he looks awesome! And those times are nothing to sneeze at, especially for his first time racing, and starting so close to the line. I can't wait to get to another tournament you'll be at to see him race in person.

And Old Man Ripley looked great too. I'm sure he was happy to be able to show a young'un how it's done.

He looked great! And he's got a warm-up slot for the next tourney too...he'll be racing in no time! 8)
