Cat = Eat when they want to.

Patch = Fed when I remember to, which is when I get up for the day or when he acts like he's hungry.

Kato doesn't eat at the same time everyday. He never annoys me about getting fed.

Mine also never eat at the same time each day with the exception of Junie because she's a pup and still eats 2x a day. And she's an annoying azz in the morning :rolleyes2:

They never get annoying in the evening though. Once I grab their bowls then they start getting antsy but nothing before then.

Mine are fed around the same time every night. To remind me Justice starts whining & Munkee stares at me. :rolleyes2:

We are very flexible at my house. The dogs never, ever whine...

Me, on the other hand - when I'm hungry, feed me, dammit... or else. :rolleyes2: :D

With school and work, my schedule is a bit nuts, and if BF isn't home, or just comes by to let Jessie out, she'll eat when I get home, which means 10pm on worknights. Mornings vary between feeding between 7 and 12am. Usually she'll get up when I call her to go out, and after that as soon as I grab her bowl she gets whiny, but otherwise she's not pushy.

My cat on the other hand... He hears the alarm, he meows to be fed. I put my foot in the apartment and he meows to be fed. I got news for you old man, you're fat and you're not eating more. He eats and 5 minutes later he meows as if he had been starving for the last week. Stop milking your hyperthyroidism condition, your T4 is controlled. :cuss: lol

My guys eat once a day, whenever. I like to keep them on their toes. They really eat anywhere from 3pm-midnight. This way they aren't up my but if I'm running late.

Mine are generally fed between 7 and 8 am no matter if a week day, or week end. Usually because I am already up and going. I seldom can sleep beyond 7am regardless of if I HAVE to be awake, or not.

The hubs feeds the dogs in the AM so they get late brekkie (around 10 or so, he's a late sleeper) and they start getting antsy a round 8pm for dinner. Generally they're fed by 7:30-8pm. If you feed them too early Joxer will forget that he ate and start getting really worked up around 10pm.
