Pickle, that's Paco with her on the cat perch. They sit there & watch birds

She's not really dead but she is really fat

She rarely opens them but she has the most beautiful green eyes

At the boarding facility I used to work at we had a grey Persian named Pickle who used to board with us all the time!!

What a cutie your Pickle is :)

I hate mine too. Really. I keep hoping they'll be abducted by aliens. :rolleyes2:

Yours are pretty. They don't have those awful Peke faces some Persians have.

Her face is a bit flat but not as bad as some of them are. She can at least breathe & drink without drowning herself. Paco is a mix, he is the sweetest boy. Here is what he does all day.

We had a Persian named Mozart, he was dumb as a box of rocks! He would stare at the wall for hours, he fell of the porch (second story) once, then sat in the bush not moving until we came and got him probably an hour later. Nothing was wrong with him, he just lacked the sense to go anywhere.

My favorite Mozart story was when he spooked and ran down the stairs, upsetting a bucket which went clunking down after him. The bucket slammed against the wall, trapping the cat inside, except for huge poofy tail which was stuck up like a flag! I could not have planned that if I tried!

He was beautiful, orange with gold eyes and a face only a mother could love. He ran like a woodchuck though. Yours looks more normal than ours was! I love the silver fur. Very pretty.

I have one longhair who hangs with the dogs. Very odd . . . :)

Mine are all rescues, too, (3 are feral). I'd like a real one someday when I grow up, lol . . .

I'm NOT! :) I had 6 at one time but Justice decided one was a football ( R.I.P Lil Man) and another died after having a seizure.

Pickle thinks she is a dog too. She hangs out with them much more than she does the other kitties.

Oooo, harsh . . . (losing one to the dog) . . .

Actually, I forgot I had 8 at one point. :o There were orginally 4 ferals, but one had severe birth defects and passed away.

Yeah, Justice is not allowed to play with the kitties because she is too rough. She didn't kill him but she hurt him very badly and he had to be PTS. Although Pickle does seem to like Justice & she does not bother Pickle like she does the others. She gets too excited when the others show interest in her so they are all off-limits to her. Lil Man was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
