Candles? Are you kidding me?

Food, Fitness and how to keep them healthy.

Postby mnp13 » January 30th, 2009, 12:15 pm

We've lived in this house for almost exactly two years. Right after we moved I put some candles on a shelf. They have been there for two years.

Idiot boy has decided they are a buffet. Does anyone want a dog?

We have a regular daycare dog who poops out mice on a regular basis. Apparently she likes to hunt them when her owner brings her to the barn :|

Ok, maybe she wasn't quite eating it but she was flinging it about by the tail (which then broke off).

Oscar hauled off and ate crap the other day, and I know by his typical reaction that it wasn't "regular" crap - that repels him. So :puke:
Oh, he also ate half a dried coconut shell I bought for my poison dart frogs

those have been the recent exploits

I feel your pain.

Squish ate a few tealight candles. At least they were vanilla scented.

She ate the wax and left the wicks. :|

She also likes to steal nuts from the bowl on the table when no one is looking. She shells them, eats the nuts, and leave the shells on the floor for you to step on.
Time to nut up or shut up.

Hoping they were scented then you can have nice floral doggy breath for awhile.. :D

My Oden ate half a towel once, the towel that had ALWAYS been in his crate, I'm talk years.. talk about an embarassing trip to the vet to get that extracted.. especially since I didn't realize he ate THAT much of it.. the raised eyebrow and "did you say a little piece of towel?".. :crazy2:
Worse... a few days later in Walmart my vet cheerfully asked how my towel eater was doing... I know my face was sooo red..lol I so gave Oden a talkin to over that one..

sooo candles.. noooo problem..lmao
