Panda (Video)

Weight pull, Protection, Agility, Flyball... you name it!

Postby Chris Fraize » April 13th, 2006, 10:07 am

Hello all,

This video is of our APBT “Panda”. Panda is now 11 years old and she has been through the mill! She does everything we ask and then some.

Panda is mother to Grand Champions in conformation; world champions in personal protection, weight pull champions and competitive obedience champions. She is grandmother to even more! Panda’s great grandchildren are now earning titles in many different dog sports venues!

We made this video for two reasons, we have no footage of her when she was younger, it was all lost. In addition we wanted to have some footage of her to remember her when she is gone.

We don’t talk about Panda much. She is our house dog and our children’s companion. Not many people have seen her work. But if it weren’t for Panda we wouldn’t be where we are today!

We thought we would share the video with everyone.

As always the video is open to constructive comments.

Take care,
April Fraize

She's very cute!

At 11 years old, what signs of age-induced problems have you seen with her? Has she developed arthritis or any of the other common old-dog ailments?

Our vet says she's one of the healthiest 11 year old dog she's seen!

She has lost a few steps but overall she's in great shape.
As you can tell from the video, we just took her off the couch and she still performs like a champ! (an 11 year old champ) lol

She looks great. I worry about my 9 year old Petey, so seeing her makes me feel alot better.

Wow!! Now that is an awesome dog!! Wally had better still be kicking ass like that when he's 11!!!!!

Over the years she has been on many different foods, mostly raw but for the past couple of years she's been getting kibble.
I've been feeding eagle pack, prism adult dog food.
It's a"cheaper" version of eagle pack food but since we have like 20 dogs to feed I have a budget to follow. I refuse to feed crappy food, like pedigree or others of that nature. So I did some research and found that Prism is good quality and our dogs are looking better.

I do prefer the raw diet over any kibble.

So you ARE going to bring ALL of your dogs to the Bull-ympics for us (ME) to see right?
