may be considered offensive ((or very cute))

Postby ArtGypsy » December 29th, 2008, 11:39 pm

My Daughter and Grandson came to visit from Mo. the last few days.........Kind of last minute.........BEFORE anyone freaks out...........((little laugh)), I do know that some people could find the following pictures offensive.
But --but--But---we NEEDED a SAFE place for Baby To sleep............none of the rooms in our house are baby-proofed, and this little guy will get up and 'entertain' himself (by doing god knows what) for an hour before we know he's up.

what a quandry , what a quandry.................then I told my daughter.........::::::::::Let's put him in Dar's CRATE............yeah, THE CRATE.
he'll be safe, he can't get out................soft......................and a playpen has all those sides......cribs and playpens aren't all that UNLIKE a crate, now are they?? :|

I mean..........REALLY???????????????????? :mrgreen:

*********please .........don't flame me. I've been REALLY REALLY SICK THIS WEEK, haha********** :sad2:

Not the first time I've seen this! We had a woman on our flyball team who would leave her baby sleeping in the soft crate and go run her dog (someone was sitting in the crate area...keeping an eye on the baby of course).

lol

Looks like a cute baby too! (I'm not fond of them for the most part!)

We'd only flame you if you'd left the kid unattended ;)

LOL! A woman we train with did that with one of her grandkids when she was babysitting and her kid didn't find it amusing so Granny isn't allowed to babysit anymore :bs:

Well, Not Everybody has a sense of humor,,,,,,,,I even had a good friend (who knows me very well)), jokingly tell me 'not to tell anybody" that we let Taybryn sleep in a cage...she said it sounds so bad that surely some 'wacko' would report me!!

Jeesh.....*eye roll*,,,,,,as someone who operates (almost daily) with the juvenile justice system, I know what constitutes abuse and what doesn't. But some folks DON'T THINK.
they simply react to a topic without weighing the grey areas............(ya think?)........

LMAO LMAO LMAO

You know, I wish we had a dog crate when Gremlin was little because I would have put her in it for her own safety. There wasn't much she couldn't get into and I'm sure Petey would have loved being able to lay on his bed or the couch with out the Gremlin using him for a bean bag.
