Obedience Titled & PP trained.

Hello everyone. The APBT is such a great breed. Very versatile and with talents many specialized breeds envy. The following links show my dog “Drago” in some of his obedience trials as well as a Personal Protection demo we did for a seminar in colleague’s dog training facility. Notice just how happy, willing and fast the dog works in both the obedience and agility as well as the bitework. For the PP demo we mixed in exercises from pp as well as French Ring.

This demo encompasses the essence of my training philosophy. Which is to have a dog that wants to do the work as opposed to a dog that has to do it “or else”!. Any fool can take a dog and pummel him into doing stuff. The true art is in training a dog that eagerly does the work and enjoys every second of it. I also put Drago’s CDX competitions and one of my last competition dog, Lasko. Enjoy!

Nelson those videos are amazing! I don't know if I've ever seen your dogs work before. They're amazing, but I'm obviously partial to Drago. Super handsome!

I agree with Michelle - hope this isn't a drive-by posting. You always have great training advice to offer. :)

You guys are too kind. You're even making me blush! Thanks for the kind words. Now I'll be having more time on my hands, so I'll be contributing more often. Big hugs to all.
