Here's a little about me and my family. I live in Southern Calif, in a town called San Clemente. I'm the local wildlife rehabber and I'm the proud mom of 3 pits (Cooper, Ginger, Roscko) and a three legged Rottie named Trio and we also have a little dog, named Lucy (she's a beagle, doxie mix) and her nick name is "The Snack". I had another of my pits put down in June because of cancer (this is what drew me to this website initially) His name is Baxter, he was 12. He was a giant red/white red nose. I'm getting my dog training certification and learning everything I can about my furry four legged comrads. My husband and I activly train our dogs and spend lots of time hiking and walking with them. They get our old butts off the couch that's for sure! Looking forward to meeting everyone and making some new friends. I'm new at this forum stuff so I've got a lot to learn. :)

I am very sorry about Baxter. When you feel up to it, please share his story with us in the Canine Cancer section.

Glad to have a wildlife rehabber on board!
