Did the ribbies hurt a lot? My next tattoo is going to have a similar placement, and I'm not really looking forward to the ribs.

I actually got it done in Brooklyn, NY. Timothy Hoyer does my work, and he is AMAZING!
and yes. Ribs SUCK. I love getting tattooed, but it was flucking brutal. I wanted to pass out towards the end. It took two sittings. The lines took 2 hours, and finishing it up took 3. That last hour was hell.
But I am already thinking about what I want on my other side, and thinking to myself "aww... it wasnt that bad." It was.

Oh and duh... this was in honor of my parrot, Gumby, who I used to take care of when I lived in NY. I miss my man, but I'm in NO position to have a parrot... not a real one at least!
