From the email I received:
Well, we can take the decision to the Supreme Court, but at what cost?
We're currently $200G in debt to the lawyer and a couple of personal loans
DLCC board members took out, and that will likely run us another $200Gs.
We've raised all the money to date with T-shirt sales and trinkets, CGN
testing days and First Aid courses for dog owners. It's just not enough.
And we're all exhausted!

Our lawyer is away until Monday, he wasn't here for the release yesterday
but he's got it and has read it. We'll be talking to him next week to look
at our options. I'll keep you posted.

right, I just talked to a lady heavily involved in the DLCC today and asked about it, too.

basically, its not over, but the decision being overturned is unlikely and they are totally strapped for cash (totally understandable)

It's frustrating, It isn't right, and nothing seems to be able to change it :| :(

UPDATE

Well since we can hear the crickets snoring while in hibernation up here in
the Great White North, I figured I'd send this along.

Got a lovely new childrens' books that adults will love too up for sale on
the Golden Horseshoe APBTC website! I just got them yesterday and already
have 5 going out the door tomorrow.

Demo Dog is the book and it's about a junkyard dog who changes everyones'
mind about him.

All sales go towards our towering legal bill here in Ontario!
