As most of you know, I have an 8 year old Chihuahua named Honey. An older lady gave her to me. Her husband had recently died and she could no longer care for her.
Honey was IMMENSLEY overweight. I found by looking through her records at the clinic that her peak weight was 14 pounds. When I got her, she was 12 pounds. Keep in mind, she is a Chihuahua. So needless to say, she was a barrel on legs.
So, began the journey of making Honey "normal" again. Her previous owner was literally feeding her to death. Her legs were really sore, she was aggressive when you picked her up, and she hated her hips being touched.
We switched her diet to raw, and started to walk her more often. And so it began...
Here are some pictures of her transformation from August 2005 to March 2006. Unfortunately I was away at College for most of this period, so there aren't as many pictures as I wanted. I know you've seen some before, but I wanted to put them together.
