It's like when a holiday lands on a weekend so on the calendar they put in a day off on Monday and called it "blah blah blah (observed.)" So this can be her Birthday (Observed).
It is a long stretch of b-days as everyone of them is either a spring or summer baby. I have all April , May and June babies. Party all the time it seems LOL
