Well, I volunteer at the local shelter in town; Animal Rescue Federation located in Superior, WI. This is one of the Dogs for adoption right now.

Cesar- APBT
Cesar is a muscular, large, 3 y/o purebred American staffordshire terrier surrendered to ARF in August after his owner had to move and couldn't take him with. Cesar may appear a bit shy but that's only because he's used to being the center of attention. His previous owner treated him very well and just seeing him makes Cesar hop all over wagging his tail. Cesar is a very loving dog who would appreciate a forever home that could really appreciate him for the big teddy bear he is. Cesar is quiet, clean, and an all around great companion who responds very well. Cesar would be happiest in a home where he would be the only dog or dominant dog. Cesar's adoption includes a free neuter, vet exam, and 4 lb bag of Science Diet dog food.
This pet is up to date with routine shots.
This pet is already house trained.

"But banning a breed won't stop dog attacks. People have to be aware of their dog's temperaments and make sure they have control of their pets through obedience classes and behavior training."

What a handsome boy.

I hope he finds a wonderful forever home soon.
Time to nut up or shut up.
