A blind guy & his guide dog were attacked by a pit bull near here today. The pit bull was not shown & I do not understand how a blind person knows this dog was a pit bull but that is what it is being called. The man does have 15% of his eye sight. He was helped by a neighbor ( he was not shown) and neither were bit by the dog but the guide dog had bites on it's ear. Wonderful.

The dog ended up being put to sleep but they never showed it. I still don't know if it actually WAS a pit bull or just being called one because it bit his dog. AND they said the MAN wsa also attacked, he was not. He had scratches on his knee where it looks like he fell but not ONE mark on him from a dog. I called the station & left a message for the reporter to call me, plus I emailed him. We'll see if he actually answers me.
