Hi guys

My name is Grace and I work with AnimalPlanet.com. I basically have one of-if not the best jobs in the world. My job is to go out into the blogosphere/interweb/chatosphere and build relationships with those who are passionate about animals. I provide them with information about upcoming programs and invite them to talk about it. I don't tell them what to say or how to say it...just encourage them to be honest [and link back to our sites of course ;-)].

At any rate, I hope to familiarize myself with a lot of you. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have...or even just comments...or just to say hello!

Have an awesome weekend

-Grace

Hello Grace!

What a fun job you have! I might have to bug you about some video footage from a few years ago...AP came to film our flyball team, and promised us some footage that we never got. :(

It was an online thing...he used part of the footage...we did some tricks along with the flyball...I saw that online...but never the flyball. I think his name (the AP guy) was Hans...?

Hey Christine

I am not a pet mommy (yet) but I dogsit whenever I get the chance to keep my skills up. My most recent animal accomplishment was helping my friend help her pet frog catch and eat a moth - it took us a half an hour - I kid you not.

I haven't met any pit bulls personally BUT I'm doing a lot of work with an upcoming Michael Vick special we just finished (http://animal.discovery.com/tv/animal-w ... index.html) and needless to say I'm in love.

I love cheesecake :) but haven't had any in a while :(.

Hmm...everything huh? I've been working for Animal Planet for only about a month or two now...I worked for The Discovery Channel before that. I'm always looking for new bloggers to feed information & links to so if anyone knows of any (or if you are one) - give me a shout! :)

Welcome! Animal Planet is my favorite channel ever but I don't have it. :( That makes me sad.

We're very good at offering up opinions, so if ever you wanna know what we think about something, just ask.

Hi Grace, I think it's very cool that Animal Planet is reaching out to animal owners in conversation mode.
