What kind of harness?

Weight pull, Protection, Agility, Flyball... you name it!

Hey all,
I am wanting to get a leather harness for Dylan to wear when we go bike riding or when he is tracking. Right now he has a nylon Lupine harness and it just doesn't offer the strength and durability that I would like. So far I've look at cdpits and also stillwater kennels for the harness. I'd also like for the harness to be fairly breathable as we do live in FL and it can be pretty hot at times.

If y'all can point me in the direction of some good makers that you have been pleased with I would really appreciate it.

Thanks....from me and dylan. :D

I'm in FL also and I would recommend this harness... it's very durable, but also light-weight and extremely comfortable... http://www.fordogtrainers.com/index.asp ... &ProdID=19

Hands down, the absolute BEST harness, recommended to me by ALOT of Schutzhund enthusiasts, is this one:

and yes, you DO want the tracking harness, NOT the agitation harness.

I can completely attest to the quality of these harnesses. The leather is amazing, they are unbelievably adjustable, STRONG and they have very nice sheepskin padding on the chest. Not too mention, only $46. Don't let the cheap price deter you, these are the best harnesses out there! I will never buy a different one!

That agitation harness is weird. Riggs' looks just like the one they say is a tracking one. :|

I know not of the agitation harness. It IS weird looking. All the SchH people I know, and myself, use the tracking harness for agitation.

I've never seen anything like that agitation harness before. Weird.

Definitely gonna get the tracking harness don't know if it will be stillwater or bridgeport though. Is the sheepskin not too hot?

Thanks for the recommendations y'all. I really appreciate it.
