Hi, my name is Seeker, I live in Pennsylvania state. I am just now learning about pit bulls. I have no dogs yet. I'm interested because they seem like great, affectionate, funny dogs, but am concerned about how to handle the potential for dog aggression. There is no BSL in my area.

I have no other pets, and no kids.

I put my pants on <left leg first/right leg first/both at the same time> - funny, i have no idea!

My shoe size is 8.

I prefer pepperoni pizza!

Ok, let me into the forum now!

Hi! How did you find us? How did you become interested in the breed?

Welcome! You've come to the right place to learn about the breed. It's great you're not jumping into it.

There are always great dogs in rescues waiting for loving homes if you decide APBTs are the right breed for you. I think it is great that you are finding out more about them before deciding on getting one

Here are 2 good sites to check out

http://www.apbtconformation.com

and

http://www.realpitbull.com

Yes, dog aggression can be a concern with bully breeds and good obedience training is a must

This is a great place to learn
