Well, not really, but it made the topic sound more interesting :) She did encourage me to stop by and said she knew exactly who was lurking (freakin' computer geeks, you can't hide anything anymore)

I am one of the dotcorny people who has been lurking. You guys seem pretty fun and I like discussion boards, so i'll hang out here, reading the advice, and recipe suggestions (the pudding cones are a favorite with my kids btw), and posting once in a while. I warn you in advance, i'm pretty opinionated, but from what I've read, I should fit right in. I don't own a pit, I have a ditzy redhead (Irish Setter) among many other pets. Cassie and I are currently in class with Riggs and Layla.

Welcome!! My aunt and uncle had setters growing up (Though English, not Irish) so I have a bit of a soft spot for 'em.

And if you're opinionated you'll fit right in ;)

You better post more than "once in a while" >(

Hello & welcome!! An Irish Setter showed up at my house many years ago & hung around for a couple of weeks before continuing on his travels. He was a BEAUTIFUL dog! I fell in love with the breed though they have WAY too much hair! And don't worry, Michelle is mean to US too.

Welcome to PBT and good luck with the opinion part..... :rolleyes2: As long as you agree with us, then you can stay. :)

My Lab in the avatar has DNA with English Setter. Maybe you can find something Setter-ish about him when you see his full photo. No one else can.

Do you have any dirt on Michelle from training classes? That would make you a favorite here.

No, Riggs is very well behaved in class. My baby is the worst behaved one. She lunges at other dogs when someone is doing a recall, and is constantly biting me.

Actually she has learned recall means a good treat, so she tries to go to other handlers when they call "come" and the 'biting' is some puppyish mouthing that she does to comfort herself. I'm like her teddy bear/pez dispenser.

No new dirt for a few weeks. :( Cassie just came into heat, and since I don't want PBT/Setter puppies, i have to stay away :rolleyes2:

I'll just have to waste time posting here for the next few weeks instead (and of course over at Survivor Sucks for any of you BB10 fans - Yay, it starts tonight  )
