I have a 3 month old bully puppy now...and he is really a chowhound ..I have been feeding him about 2/3 cup of kibble for breakfast...vegetables when I pick them ..and two small hunks of raw something a day (usually a small drumstick ..or some kind of beef ...goat ..whatever we have on hand) he loves it frozen solid because he is teething like crazy ...in fact my dogs all like the meat frozen especially this itme of year...
my vet says I am on the right track here ..but being really new with this little guy..I am wanting as much advice as you can give me!
he looks kind of skinny to me ...but is gaining fine according to my daughter he will be plump then skinny plump then skinny ...over and over until he is grown (she is a puppy guru since she has done rescue for years)
his coat is beautiful ..he smells wonderful just like a little teddy bear...breath good ..no gas..poops fine ...
anyone want to talk about puppy feeding ...do things sound ok here ? any ideas on what I can do better (my friend who is a BARF purist says loose the kibble but that is not going to happen) ...tell me what variety of meats/veggies ect..you would use...perhaps any links on the subject?
I have googled the hell out of this subject and while there is tons of info on raw feeding I could not find much on puppies ...
thanks in advance for any and all advice

I will just blame it on my husband if he farts up the house! it was so fun to watch him drag the piece off to a good spot in the yard and figure it out!

and any other tips on slowing them down aside from serving them frozen and keeping them apart? .my older dog JuJube (in the avatar) is such a sweet eater ...these guys are hyenas!!!
and I dont like this last gulp thing at all it makes me sick! if it is ok they swallow meaty bones like this reassure me please..if not then tell me what to do to slow it down
