Is she going to live at a dorm? Because I know you don't THINK you will, but you WILL cry your eyes out everytime she leaves to go back.

Joyce, I cried all day yesterday...I cried this morning! We just closed a 13 year chapter of our life...

We sat down and talked about the cost of college and she is going to stay home for two years...even though she was accepted to go to school out of state...so she will be living here for two years

My Bridget will be 18 in a few weeks...

Trust me....you will still cry as she leaves for her first day of college. Remember when she went to kindergarten? Same thing, only 13 years later.....

Ummm...like us? I would have to beat her :D

We had a great weekend...her party was a huge success...the photo-magnet guy was a big hit...the kids had a blast...the DJ was fun, he also did the karaoke stuff and I sang terrible songs...she was mortified when I sang "friends in low places" (for my dad who couldn't be with us)

Psssst... you are supposed to mortify your kids. It's the ONE thing that kept me going all through their childhoods. :D
