I started with one rescue (she actually rescued us!) and now I have three

thanks to all of you for the warm welcome

I am really just enjoying her! seriously I think I have worked through all the phases of grief ..(except the ultimate one when she does pass that is going to be rough) ..but I dont want to waste what time she has left by being in a funk so I am just taking pleasure in her and trying to forget she is sick!!! an it is easy look at her face ..that is her this week ..she is tired but plays and has spark ..and she is really vocal lately!

tell me about your dogs or point me to where I can read about all of you ...

you know how it is when you join a new board and there is so much great info it is hard to know where to start?

my second one after JuJube is Phoebe she is a red baby pitador :)

I started to read, and it was beautiful. Around the time I got to Hurricane having 1,000 puppies, I just couldn't read anymore.

It made me sick and teary-eyed.

Joyce thank you and yes he is a professional writer ..or actually gonzo journalist is more like it

it made me very sick and sad to read it ...and I am shamelessly proud of him for writing it

all three of my dogs have been "rescued"
..but really ..they all rescued us ..I mean that when I say it ..this is the best breed on earth for stress..emotional overload and unconditional love!!!

plus they keep you so damn busy!!! and laughing so much ... you have no time to dwell on crap in life

Saturday my new baby will be here this is my third he is a little cow dog

I love give all my love to people who rescue and foster dogs you have helped us so much!!! OOOXXX
