:) Evenin, all! My Name is Suki, and I am from Mass. I LOVE the "pit bull" breed and EVERYTHING they encompass and represent.
I have a three year old brn/blk brindle and white female, named "venus". She is, not counting the fam, the LOVE of my life, and makes me happy, no matter what life seems to throw my way!!! :D
I got my first pit about 22 years ago, took a break from the breed, and raised rotts for about 16 years, and went back to the pits several years ago.
BSL is nothing new to me, and I have been actively fighting it, world wide for over two years now. Helping to "save" this breed and their seriously tarnished reputation is on my front burner. Their survival, and the demise of BSL is my steadfast passion, and sometimes I feel my "purpose" nowadays. I WISH I could save them all.....
Anyhow, I work in the animal care field, and have been everything from a tech, vet assistant, handler/restrainer, kennel assisant, animal care attendent, to owning my own pet sitting business. Animals are my passion.
So, that's me, in a nut shell. Happy to be here, and hope I can be of some help to the site! :)

Suki is definitely the QUEEN of fighting BSL.

I can't say enough about the amazing speech she gave in Salem to fight proposed BSL (which didn't pass by the way)! I was fully impressed.
