That's EXACTLY what I was thinking! Is that shepherd/mal (forgive me, I don't know my furry dogs!) fully grown in those photos with Moses? And if so, holy hell dear god what in the hell kind of dog is he and how freakin' big is he???

Great pics...and great captions!

Eve makes me think of my Inara in a mal-suit...lol

Yes, Eve (Malinois) is full grown but she's also a small Mal. She maintains her weight around 40lbs. Moses is a Presa Canario and weighs in at 125-130lbs. He's big but not that big. Of course I'm used to living with him and other people often have quite a different reaction upon seeing him. He's not overly tall but does have a heavier build.

I'll have some bully related photos for the other gallery in the next day or two. Thank you everyone for the nice compliments  I love my dogs (well most of them most of the time  ) and like to take photos but they keep my so busy that I don't post very often. Mostly I have fun looking at everyone else's pictures.

I still can't get over your Dobies. I had an AKC Dobie years ago, and he didn't look ANYTHING like yours. But I did love him.

They are very different looking. Believe me it's taken a long time to get used to that. Kimber is much "prettier" than Brody but she even she is much different looking than AKC bred dogs. Brody is all German based lines and Kimber is some German with the most recent stuff being from the Netherlands. We've taken some agility classes with a bunch of AKC Dobe people and I felt like such a sore thumb. The first class everyone wanted to know how old my "puppy" was and the look on their faces when I told them she just turned 2 was priceless. That only furthered my feeling like an outcast until class started and we were doing short sequences working on distance and Kimber blew their dogs out of the water so to speak. She might be tiny and different looking but I wouldn't trade her for one of thier beauty pagent dogs ever!
