Hamburger Soup ...sounds gross, but its good

1lb ground beef (feel free to use more, I usually do)
1 large can tomato juice
5 3/4 cups of water
2-3 celery stalks chopped
3-4 carrots chopped
3-4 potatoes chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 garlic clove
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Fry the ground beef and onions together until browned. Drain it (I usually don't drain it fully because I find it adds to the flavor). Combine all other ingredients together in large pot. Cook on medium high heat for about 2-3 hours. Its excellent when its done, and feel free to tweak it to your likings!!

1.) Buy 30 pack at lunch
2.) Put 30 pack in friend's refrigerator
3.) Leave work at 5
4.) Open 30 pack
5.) Begin working on friend's truck
