The collars are from Collar Mania, which is owned by a member of another board (not sure whether she posts here or not). Far as I know, she doesn't have a website up yet, but when she does, I'll have to put it up with a review, as the collars are awesome and she was a huge help to me in helping figure out how I wanted them made.
