Problems With the New Forum Style?

Well since I don't know where to look for the time...and ya'll are in different time zones anyway...and my computer has my time on it...I really don't care... :neener:

I was wondering if I am unable to use photobucket now. I've gone to some of my previous postings and none of the images are there. Just the links/directories.... Do I need to reset anything? Or is photobucket not acceptable anymore?

Photobucket SHOULD still work, I know we were having some issues with sizes but other than that I am not sure. Have you moved any of the pictures in your album? Resized them or anything?

No, I guess I can try posting something and see if all goes well. But ie: I went to photos/gallery and had previously posted under Lets see your sun pics...mine aren't showing anymore...

In phpBB3 HTML or any HTML tags are not supported, I have noticed some posts with HTML nested within BBcode.

I tried again, but can't get anything over. Is the new forum now picky about the sizes of pics, or the format they're in? Bob - sorry, I'm not as pc savvy, but what does that mean?

The following is what I get when I try to insert an image: I use the Img tab, cut and paste from photobucket - and zilch.

It's the same steps I took before the upgrade...

Try selecting the IMG code, the 4th choice given. It should already have the tags so you just need to copy & paste into the body of the message. Hopefully that will help.

Aaaah... Brindlebaby - if you use Photobucket, you have to upload your pics as "thumbnails"... they have to be 300 pixels OR LESS!

When you upload them if gives you an option for size... click on "Thumbnails", Click on "Save"... and that should do it. :wink:

I changed the setting to upload as thumbnail, but still get the same problem....

Ok, I see part of it! Once you cut & paste the IMG from photobucket, you do not need to hit the IMG button on the forum, it is included in the copy & paste.
