Problems With the New Forum Style?

Have a question/comment/concern about the board in general? Post it here

Postby Marinepits » April 2nd, 2008, 3:34 pm

Please give Michelle time to get all the parts of the forum going -- she has spent the majority of her vacation on the phone and on the computer, trying to get us back up-and-running.

Per the God Empress of the Universe, you can post all the questions you want, but she will not have time to answer them any time soon. We're ALL still learning the new features and trying to find the old ones, so please have patience and explore the forum on your own. *wink*

And, yes. The avatars are gone. Just re-do them.

I don't get how to upload my own avatar . . . maybe that's just something that hasn't been tended to yet. But if there is a way and I'm just misisng it lemme know.

There's no feature yet to upload your own... give it a little bit of time and check back periodically.
When our turtle forum crashed, it took ages to get everything back up and running, but eventually it all worked out.

And how WEIRD is it to see everything in blue???

Avatars are fixed!

The "User Control Panel" is at the top left corner of the forum, under the Pit Bull Talk banner. Click on that, then click on "Profile", then "Edit Avatar".

Or, what fryed_1 just said.

ehh.. I didn't go as far as to try to upload my own. Might be a group issue setting in the admin panel.

Wahoo it's back.

And yeah, it's totally weird looking at it in blue. I almost feel like I'm on my Greyhound forum.

:D I am not so stupid after all. I did that all by myself. With reading previous posts of course. But at least I didn't have to ask a million questions. :D

Colors and other stuff will be changing over the next couple of days, so don't get TOO used to the look now.

My forum clock is off. I keep trying to reset it but no matter what I put it at (Eastern, Atlantic, Central, DST on/off, whatever) it keeps staying one hour behind where it should be. Thoughts/ideas?
