Does this sound good to you?

Swordfish steaks baked in a coconut milk red curry with chickpeas, garlic, onions and tomatoes. With rice.

It's an experiment :|

I'm making stuffed sausage and peppers. Like stuffed peppers, but with sausage instead of ground meat. I'm using brown basmati rice also.

It should be gooooood.

I'm so going to cry.

I made rice, and through some tomatoes, hot sauce, black beans, corn and chickpeas (with tons of spices) in the rice cooker. Then I grilled some chicken and cut it up on top....

... and my stomach hurts so bad I want to scream, so I can't even eat it.

Its so good... :cuss:

What do people put in casseroles? The only casserole I've ever had was with pasta, tuna and peas and stuff. YUM.

Whats with all of these other casseroles out there?

( I know, I know... latkes are for Hannukah, not Passover, but whatever. They're yummy.)
