Hello...New Person Here

Actually I joined awhile ago but never posted an intro then I lost the link and couldn't remember how to get back here. Anyways here it goes....

Hi, my name is Pamela Hernandez, I live in San Antonio, TX. I've been involved with Pit Bulls for almost 11 years. I have 4 dogs, Wendell, Cooper, Muncie and Maddy.

I got my first Pit Bull because my husband and I had just bought our first house and I wanted to add a dog to our lives (I originally wanted a Weimaraner) but my husband kept saying no fence no dog. A few weeks later I learned that a friend of a friend had just had a litter of Pit Bull puppies I knew how fond my husband was of this breed and by this time I just wanted a dog so I asked if we could get one....well long story short eight weeks later Benson (my avatar) and a fence came into our lives.

I have been hooked on this wonderful breed ever since. There is not BSL in my area.

I also keep fish; I have a 125 gallon and a 240 gallon aquarium that houses about 40-50 African Cichlids. I have 4 step-kids; and two grandkids.

Thanks Karen. It's funny sometimes; I'll look at Maddy and think how much she looks like Benson.
