Look at the not-so-little Monkey! :heartbeat:

Great shots, Ellie! How did Miss Maya like pulling on snow?

Of course, no one would actually be surprised if I was just the tiniest bit partial to Ruby would they? Wow she looks intent.

Ellie, you and Maya did very well today, you're a good team.
Rider is really Ranger. Un-named dogs are Duece the ab, Ace the fluffy, and Sally the ab. I'm glad you guys came out today, congrats.

Those ABs are gorgeous! Definitely not what most people are used to seeing but WOW if they all looked like that I'd definitely own an AB!!

And Miss Maya is SO ADORABLE meeting her adoring fans. I bet she signs lots of autographs . . .

Looks like they're trying to "Shoplift" Maya right out of there... :giggle:

The Swissy just looks so carefree about the whole thing!

Great shots...I love determined dog pics!

Hi, I rarely post much (generally just lurk  ) but I wanted to say, we took our dog down to watch the pull Sat morning and those dogs are amazing. We didn't get to stay too long but it was really fascinating to watch! I had never actually seen dogs pull before- it was very impressive.

I may have to buy a harness now to see if Rocky would be into it. He was just perfectly happy letting those kids love on him a little bit...they definitely made their rounds!

How old is your Rocky?

Thanks! Rocky is probably 2 1/2 or 3 years. We rescued him in Aug of 2006 so I'm not completely sure. For a second i thought that first picture of Maya was Rocky! Their markings are very similar!

Oh he's a good looking boy! :)
And he's old enough to get his own harness now!
I got Maya's harness from Tablerock harnesses, and It's a great quality, and she makes it fast.

I sense a very subtle hint there!

So the first step is buying a harness ant the next step is seeing if he will actually pull? I guess I'll have to start reading about how to train him to do this then!
