zydoc = Zorro, Yoda, Dakota, Oscar, Chisai.
5 = Number of animals I had at the time.
It is easy to remember so I have not changed it

Oh, this is gonna make you gag...

I was going to put JCleaver, which is my name now, but then I thought, well, I'm getting married in six months, and hopefully I'll still be posting here, because I'm SURE I will need puppy advice even more by that point, and I didn't know if I could change my name, soooo..

I used my soon-to-be-married name.

Then Paul saw it and was like "awwwwww," and so we got into a cutesy "Hey Mr. Mashaney"...."Yes, Mrs. Mashaney?" conversation.

I can't WAIT to change last names. I am so tired of Leave it to Beaver comments.

OK, here's a real interesting one...I used my real name because when I joined I was looking for Joyce and had no intention of sticking around so I didn't get creative. But you folks sucked me in with your friendliness and made me feel so comfortable here that I stayed. :greenWave:

Yes, ma'am. That is my cube and nobody has said anything about my pillow. I have even flashed it at my director before. All he does is laugh.

Since Joshua was little and played baseball I was always the mama that was around. The kids would try to call me Miss Missy but without front teeth at that age I just told them to call me mama. When they got older, one of his friends starting calling me madre. Madre is supposed to mean mother in another language. :| Now they all just call me Mama.

I believe Madre is Mother in Spanish...I don't know, though...I took French!!!

Okay, my screenname...I use the same for everything (so much easier to remember that way)...

But, my nickname through grad school was Katie (went to Katrina after I graduated, though b/c it sounded more professional...though I have people at work who call me Katie now)...my last name begins with a K...and my birthday: 0417...

just found this...mine isn't too interesting...

Layla is the dog's name and we call her a woobie all the time. "aw the wittle woobiecakes" or something along those lines...

woobie is kind of like a woofie, but cuter.

And so LaylaWoobie was born...

Well I've been a Beatles (more specifically, John Lennon) fanatic since I could talk, and one of my all time favorite songs is Hey Jude. I use it for everything. 21 is my lucky number...

Postby Hundilein » June 12th, 2008, 2:15 pm

On other forums/email lists, I'm newfylablady, after my very first dog Molly, who was a Newfoundland/Labrador mix, aka "Newfylab".

Hundilein means something like "doggy" in German. It's kind of like an endearing diminutive of "dog". I majored in German in college, and studied abroad for a year, so when I decided to pick something different for my name here, I decided to go with something German. And I occasionally call Renee "Hundi" or "Hundilein", on the days when she's not driving me nuts.
