Dogos are neat dogs. But they do better in a place with more space and less coffee tables. He's not really protective, but let's just say he's got a lot of sense. He will make a lot of noise at someone he considers suspicious, but loves to meet new people. He likes to be out in the yard and would stay out there all day if nothing interesting was going on inside. In the house, he's super clingy and needy. Similar levels of animal aggression as the APBT. If I ever get a place with some land, I wouldn't mind having another Dogo.
