Connor - 'step kid', rescue from dumpster, late summer 2001, Pit Bull, my first long term foster, adopted by my boyfriend

the day he arrived at my house, 34 pounds, one week out of dumpster, he was 29 pounds when he was found by the garbage man, he spent one week at a vet's office on IV fluids only.

It's funny, Merlin is so proud of his giant white ruff. He'll groom it into this big white billow under his chin. I brought him to be groomed a few years agin and they cut it!!! :shock: I was sooooo mad. It took months to grow back in.

Mordred had a gorgeous silver ruff. It wasn't as long as Merlin's but had very fine white hairs mixed into the black, making it look like silvery black, not at all grey. His hair never matted, unlike Merlins. It was soo silky and beautiful. It never really showed in pictures unfortunately.
