Memory Foam Pillows

Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else!

Postby odnarb » February 26th, 2006, 11:23 pm

Occasionally, our boss gives us gift cards to stores when we meet certain goals or whatever. It's nice, and gives you the opportunity to get something you normally wouldn't splurge for.

I used my card last week to get a memory foam pillow. OMG, it's heaven! I've not slept this well in a long time!

My little rant is that you can't buy singleton pillow cases. I wanted a new pillow case for my glorious new pillow. Well, you can't buy ADULT singleton pillowcases, and I really wanted a new pillow case.

Spongebob? Hello Kitty? Batman? Strawberry Shortcake? Care Bears? Tough choice...

Now at bedtime, my BF and I say, "Quick! To the Bat Pillow!"

But seriously, I highly recommend these pillows.

I have a memory foam bed topper thing. I LOVE it. It is amazing how this little 3" piece of foam makes me sleep so much better & wake up back pain free.

You're kidding! I must get one. I still haven't found a decent pillow.

Where did you get the topper, Debby? Are they very expensive?

You can get a single pillowcase at Goodwill :) I'll have to try a memory foam pillow. I always have a neck/backache!

Well, yes. But, it was nearly 10:00pm, and I had an attack of Iwantitnowitis.

I saw the toppers at the store, too. They were over $100, but I may get one at some point.

They are very expensive but Target & Kohl's have them on sale quite often. Mine is a queen size & i paid a little over 100 for it on sale 50% off.

I guess its all in the way the person sleeps. Dan has one and swears by it. I tried it a few nights while he was gone and every morning i woke up with a neck ache. :|

I understand about the pillow cases though. i sleep with two pillows and dan has his so we have 3 pillows in all so here we have 2 matching cases and then we have the oddball (dans pillow) LOL!
