Dale is on his way to converting a pit bull hater again..

This is where to talk about Pit Bulls!

My mother.

She has been telling me that I am insane since day one with all the pits I have had..and that there just has to be something different about them.

Now, Dale is a service dog and he has to be on his best behavior because of all the places I take him, but that never convinced her.

She recently came over for lunch and spent the whole time exclaming over how sweet he is and how quiet and how playful and gentle ect, ect, ect.

And get this she petted him. Repeatedly. Right on his head where those sharp teeth are kept. She kept talking to him and he WOULD NOT leave her side. He is usually always right by my side, even at home. Not that day. He was right next to Gramma's side and wouldn't leave it.
He is on his way to winning over another anti-pit bull person.

Go Smoochy! Go Smoochy! YAY PIBBLES!!!

 8) The lover boy is at it again!

Dale is a service dog??

That is so cool! I am training my Birdie to be a service dog.

Birdies first convert happened because I had red sparkly nail polish on her. At first Lenora was dead set against having her on the grounds at the Renaissance Faire, then she met Birdie and figured if I still had all my fingers after painting her nails, she couldn't be that bad.

When Lenora saw how much everyone loved Birdie and wanted to pet her, she decided she might as well capitalize on it and gave her a Renaissance Faire T-shirt!

I've had Dale for 3 1/2 years so it is about time with my mother...my Dad was a convert less than five minutes after meeting D about 2 1/2 years ago. 8)

There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.
