What a handsome old man!

Look at that smile -- I would love to ask him about his life story. I bet it's quite a tale. :)

Well it was odd - his teeth aren't all tartered up the way you'd expect a 10 or 11 yr. old dog to be. The vet and I both felt only 8 or so...?
He's had a rough life though. He's still in so much pain. The Glucosamine hasn't been a miracle cure, let's just say.
I'm going in next week and going to get him some Rimadyl and see if that helps ease the pain. He's great once he settles in sort of but getting up, and walking is still so painful. Even laying down is a chore for him. I think he's less painful than when he got here, I have to say, but that's not saying much since he could barely walk when he arrived.

Hm yeah that is odd. But maybe that there is always the slight possibility that he has been a good chewer and teethcleaner i guess? Or that he just has the kind of saliva that doesnt build much tartar :|

Sorry to hear that he is still in so much pain, although its significantly less :) He still looks like he thinks that he won the lottery coming home to you though :D

How handsome! And I wondered where Joyce's new avatar came from!
