My sister's dog, Bearwolf

Postby iluvk9 » March 19th, 2007, 4:08 pm

My sister in Oregon just let her Husky/wolf pass over. :angel2:

He was FOURTEEN years old! She raised him since he was 4 weeks. She found him in a dumpster, I think.

Her Vet came to her house, and now she is waiting for the woman who runs the animal crematory facility to pick Bearwolf up.

Bearwolf was blind, deaf and his legs were giving out. He had no teeth and an attitude and a half. She recently found that he had cancer.

She is celebrating his life, rather than mourning his death. Kindly send positive thoughts her way.

Thanks ~

awe RIP Bearwolf!!! sounds like he had a wonderful, happy, long life!! :goodthoughts:

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body; but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
