Greenies are nasty. I've never fed them to any of the dogs

Pretty freaky though. I haven't fed them either but I think others may so I wanted to make everyone aware of what I found.

Oh totally. It is best to let people know now before something happens. Are they going to finally pull those off the shelf or deny it's their issue?

The company's Web site addresses the issue in its FAQ section with the question "When giving an animal Greenies, does it affect their digestive system?" The answer "The only time dogs would be unable to digest anything would be if they didn't chew it up before they swallowed it. Canine and Feline Greenies are highly digestible when chewed."

They don't know that dogs do tend to gulp things down? I think a food product made and sold specifically for dogs should be safe even if swallowed without being chewed. :|

But 5 million dollars? Good luck on that one.

No, I have never considered giving those to Chloe either.

 I think I gave one to Dale once. He ate it but wasn't all excited about it.
