I've often wanted a bowl like that over the last few years, when we had litters!! It is so handy and they don't sit in the middle of it!!!
Do you see the puppies are almost as big as MOM!?
Sending out individual photos for the sponsors now :)

Cute! I've never seen a bowl like that, that's neat. Is it normal for her to still be letting them nurse?

They are 6 weeks old today.
I'm not sure - every time we have a mom and babies she's tired of them by 6 weeks! But I think people do let them nurse that long.
I'm more concerned about her being able to be spayed by the 20th so she can get a new home at the adoption event we'll be attending in OR. She can't be spayed until she's dried up or mostly dried up. :|
They won't eat their gruel unless she's totally out of sight...lol

When Llyan had her litter and they were about 6 weeks old, she would jump in a table in the back yard to get away from the puppies! They would all be standing around the table yipping, and she would just be laying in the sun grinning!

Those puppies are just beautiful. And I am in love with Kona.

Poor Kona... Even if she is dry enough to get spayed, she still will attend the adoption event with more boobs than Dolly Parton... lol

The puppies are getting so big! They look like they're a handful...

They have taken over the yard. There's poo all over! :o We have forced the issue with Kona and she's starting to shrink some. The silly puppies are happy eating soaked kibble - but when they see her, they are all over her and she won't stop them! So they are separated now...less than a week to go. :D
