I've gotten beautiful stuff from Alaskan Dream Dog Equipment ( http://www.theworkingk9.com/ ) as well as Brown Dog Design Harnesses ( http://www.weightpullharness.com/ ).

Ours are from Alaskan Dream, and I've been happy with them. Ask Leslie, she's the WP expert in these parts.
